
Fresh organic sweet peaches are a summertime favorite! This recipe is the perfect way to enjoy cold, juicy peaches on a hot summer day! Makes a great healthy snack, breakfast or dessert! (This recipe serves one, so you’ll need to adjust it according to how many you’re serving.) Have a peachy summer!
Ingredients
- 1 fresh ripe organic peach
- 1/2 cup plain organic whole milk yogurt
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp homemade granola (homemade granola recipe includes GF option)
- 1 tbsp almond slices
- Dash of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Peel a ripe peach and cut into slices. Place the peach slices in a small serving bowl.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture over the peach slices.
- Then, top with granola, almond slices and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Mmm!
