Peach Crisp Yogurt Cup

Fresh organic sweet peaches are a summertime favorite! This easy-to-make recipe is the perfect way to enjoy cold, juicy peaches on a hot summer day! Makes a great healthy snack, breakfast or dessert! (This recipe serves one, so you’ll need to adjust it according to how many you’re serving.) Have a peachy summer!

No-Bake Peach Crisp (GF Option)

Yield: 1 serving

No-Bake Peach Crisp (GF Option)

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh ripe organic peach
  • 1/2 cup homemade dairy or non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp homemade grain-free granola
  • 1 tbsp almond slices
  • Dash of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
  2. Peel a ripe peach and cut into slices. Place the peach slices in a small serving bowl.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the peach slices.
  4. Then, top with granola, almond slices and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Mmm!

    Okay, no joke. I want to eat this every day of my life. It’s my new favorite meal. I ate it for lunch…but I think I need it for breakfast too. And snack. And what the heck, why not dinner?
