Hi, I am still unable to access the free e-book. The link leads to a blank gray page and the caption goes back to google.
A gray box is not uncommon, usually it will take about 3-5 minutes to download due to the large file size. However, there have been a couple of people that it just doesn’t download. I think it may have to do with the file size timing out on some computers. I’ll email you the file so you don’t have to keep trying it – definitely don’t want to cause any further inconvenience! Apologies, it’s been a stinker for some to download! 🙂
How can I receive your healthy Popsicle e-book? I am already a subscriber.
Hi, Debra. If you’re already a subscriber, simply scroll down to the bottom of any email you’ve received from me (you should have received several last week, since I had so many posts). At the bottom of the email, you’ll see a photo of the free eBook and the links to download it. The file is quite large due to all the pictures, so it might take a minute or two to download, once it does, you can save it to your computer. If you already deleted the emails I sent from last week, just hang tight. You’ll be receiving an email in the morning (Tues) for my new Chimichurri recipe. Again, just scroll to the bottom of that email and you’ll see the eBook photo links. Hope this better explains the process to download the book. Blessings, Kelly 🙂
