Cranberry-Orange Christmas Cake (GF, DF)

By Kelly · 3 Comments

Cranberry Orange Cake (GF, DF)

Every Christmas for the past 20 years, I’ve baked and shared my special Whole Grain Cranberry Orange Christmas Bread with family and friends.

However, since going grain-free, I was determined to not let this family tradition come to an end. So, I set out to replicate the wonderful flavor and aroma of this holiday favorite by using one of my favorite grain-free ingredients – coconut flour!

If you haven’t baked with it before, my new grain-free Cranberry Orange Christmas Cake recipe is a great place to start – it’s so easy to make. And of course, it’s completely scrumptious!

So if you’re excited to give this delightful coconut flour Cranberry Orange Christmas Cake a try, I’m over at Honeyville Farms today sharing this special recipe. I’d love for you to join me there and share your favorite ways to use coconut flour.

Thanks, friends! I always enjoy hearing from you!

Joyfully Serving HIM, Kelly

P.S. The delicious dairy-free vanilla glaze shown above not only adds the perfect finishing touch and ever-so-slight sweetness to this festive cake, but to virtually any of your favorite baked goods as well!

    Kelly,
I would love to try your Cranberry Orange Christmas Cake recipe for my family using the whole grain method. Could you please share your original whole grain recipe or the conversions of ingredients needed to make this recipe using whole grains. Thank you!

Absolutely, I meant to link to it. So thank you so much for taking the time to ask (remind me). 🙂 It’s actually a quick bread, not a cake, but delicious all the same. Here it is:
