I am currently grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free and egg free so I challenge myself to come up with delicious recipes that my husband will love without him knowing there aren’t any of those ingredients in it. I can’t wait to start Christmas cookie baking. This stocking stuffer would help my holiday baking! Happy Holidays!

I definitely felt a change in my health. I do think that whole wheat has had a negative effect on me, which is surprising because I have been tested for gluten sensitivity and it was negative! I’m glad I did the challenge or I may not have figured this out!

I had the same experience – negative tests for gluten sensitivity but overwhelming positive results and improved health from going gluten free. So I applaud you for being proactive about your health. And please know I’m here to help. We’ll be doing another Whole30 here in January to get everyone back on track. So you’ll continue to see lots of grain-free, whole food based recipes coming in the weeks and months ahead, Lord willing! 🙂 So great to “meet” you! 🙂

Not sure if this is the form to fill out for the give away but HELLO here I am. I would love to enter your give away. My Daughters and I love the recipes and info you give us. We are learning to eat more paleo due to health issues, so this is all fairly new to us and well people like you make life a better place for us who really just don’t have a clue. We are look forward to getting your new book when it comes out plus we are fixing to get a few you have already published. I am appreciative of all the hard work you have done. It is comforting to be able to follow recipes that are tried and true instead of struggling to figure out what to do. I am sure you understand when I say it can seem a bit overwhelming when your just not sure about how certain ingredients play together 🙁 ! Again THANK YOU and be BLESSED! Have a Merry Christmas and an AWESOME New Year full of child like WONDER in Christ Jesus (Yeshua). Rikki Frazier

I am new at GF baking/cooking, so I honestly have no idea what I would bake first! We are changing our diet as a family for my daughter’s sake. She is supposed to stay away from sugar and white flour. My husband made pancakes the other day using an alternate flour (it was a brown rice flour blended with some other flours). The pancakes were yummy, so I am anxious to try some other recipes!

This is my first time on your site. Admit that the stocking giveaway drew me in! I have cousins who have learned a lot about GMOs and living gluten free. I am curious, willing to read, but have to say I’m prone to skepticism to all the claims, Esp giving up all bread when grain is such a staple in Scripture and throughout history. Also wonder how our family could afford baking/ eating with the specialty products that are advocated. Interested in being educated. (-:

Hi, Janette. Appreciate your honesty and I always applaud skepticism to believe a claim without researching it on your own. I wrote an article that touches on what you mentioned, as I don’t believe that everyone should be GF, you can read it here:
      http://thenourishinghome.com/2014/01/should-everyone-go-gf/
But for those of us who do have valid reasons, it’s extremely important and does make an impact on our health. 🙂 Please read my brief article, because it will give you a starting point to think on. Blessings to you! 🙂 Kelly

I would love a pastry blender. I’ve always wanted one. I don’t know why I’ve never gotten one. 🙂 Thank you!
