I definitely felt a change in my health. I do think that whole wheat has had a negative effect on me, which is surprising because I have been tested for gluten sensitivity and it was negative! I’m glad I did the challenge or I may not have figured this out!
I had the same experience – negative tests for gluten sensitivity but overwhelming positive results and improved health from going gluten free. So I applaud you for being proactive about your health. And please know I’m here to help. We’ll be doing another Whole30 here in January to get everyone back on track. So you’ll continue to see lots of grain-free, whole food based recipes coming in the weeks and months ahead, Lord willing! 🙂 So great to “meet” you! 🙂

I would bake the muffins first! =)
Winning any of these looks like a chance of about one in a million, but I’m entering anyway… Such excitement! We eat a very low-gluten diet in our home, so this give-away is awesome!
Also, I tweeted the giveaway, but I can’t post the link in the box? Not sure what I am doing wrong, or how to get the credit for that entry.
Don’t worry, MaryAnn! It records your tweet and gives credit. 🙂 Thank you for sharing the giveaway!
I would love to try some new muffin recipes!

I have would make pancakes, they are fantastic!!
I am new at GF baking/cooking, so I honestly have no idea what I would bake first! We are changing our diet as a family for my daughter’s sake. She is supposed to stay away from sugar and white flour. My husband made pancakes the other day using an alternate flour (it was a brown rice flour blended with some other flours). The pancakes were yummy, so I am anxious to try some other recipes!
You’ve got me pining for those apple cider doughnuts, but ii don’t have any almond flour, so I would definitely give those a try if I won this package.
Honey Butter Biscuits sound delightful to me.
Probably Pancakes or Waffles because my family loves them and I haven’t made any in a while because of our new Diet.
I would love to win this. Thanks!
Pancakes, muffins, bread sticks–good thing we have a few days before the winner is announced to try to decide! Thank you for a wonderful giveaway.
I would love to get this package. Oh what a great time the kids & I would have cooking up some yummy food in our kitchen.

Blessings,
Juanita
Totally agree, Juanita! It’s a blessing to have sister-blogging friends who love the Lord and readers who do too! 🙂
Had to go gluten free a year ago, so this would be awesome!!
I’m just venturing into the world of GF and this would be a perfect helping hand to bnavigate uncharted waters. Pick me! Thank you
I would choose a new recipe out of the cookbook for Christmas Brunch
The pineapple Coconut muffins sound awesome. I also make many MIMs with almond flour
My daughter was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease this month. I would love items to help me bake for her and make a memorable Christmas. She is 9 and having a hard time with some of the changes. I love that your recipes look so easy and delicious. I have preordered your cookbook and would LOVE to win these goodies 🙂
Thank you so much, Misty! I purposefully love to create recipes that are easy to make and taste so good everyone can enjoy them. It is a big transition, but by having some familiar favorites it makes like easier. I just prayed for your sweet girl that God will strengthen her and you as you learn to navigate this new lifestyle. Please know, I’m here to help! Blessings, Kelly 🙂
I am following a gluten free diet, so would love to win this!
Almond flour cookies and zucchini fritters!
Almond-flour bread!!! Almonds have lots of magnesium, and I would love this because I recently became unable to tolerate my magnesium supplement. 🙂
I am a Trim Healthy Mama, so most likely one of those yummy recipes!
Oooh. So hard to choose. Something with almond flour and chocolate. Maybe cupcakes to take advantage if the muffin tin. 🙂
Cookies!
Muffins!
What a great giveaway! I have someone in mind I’d give this gift too as she’s going grain-free!
My family is going to start switching to gf at the beginning of the year…one of my daughters and I have an intolerance to gluten, and other family members keep complaining of stomach issues…figured we’d just make it a group thing…First thing I’d make is pancakes…we LOVE pancakes! 🙂
Both of my daughter in laws eat gluten free so I would make something they could eat–maybe muffins.
The muffin mix! Yum!
Well, I just made the Morning Glory muffins the other day, so if I win I will probably try the pumpkin muffins next! Thank you so much for the opportunity to win!
We’re gluten free here, so grain free works great! Thanks for the giveaway!
muffins. I love muffins. The reason I have a hard time going GF 😉
I would love to bake GF sugar cookies to decorate with my children for Christmas!
What would I bake first? It’s a tie … I’m very interested in trying out that muffin mix, but if I *needed* chocolate I would make the coconut flour chocolate brownies from empowered sustenance’s blog — with chocolate chips added.
Muffins!
I will most likely make GF biscuits first. They are a Saturday morning tradition in our family and I am still trying to perfect the GF version of my fluffy kefir biscuits. Thanks for the great giveaway!

I love your blog! I’m new to cooking grain free so thanks for sharing so many of your recipes. I have used coconut flour a few times so I would make some coconut flour pancakes or muffins.
Welcome, Teresa! So glad you’re here! It’s an honor to serve you and I’m so happy to hear your enjoying the recipes! 🙂 Thanks for the kind note!
I wanted to make your pumpkin pie muffin recipe for Thanksgiving, but I couldn’t because I didn’t have almonds flour. That would probably be the first thing I’d make if I win this bundle!
I would make muffins or cookies. 🙂
Pancakes!
Cool giveaway! 🙂
I’d bake gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, our very favorite!!!! Such an awesome stocking! Would love to win these wonderful goodies!
If I win, I’d make muffins!
What an awesome set of giveaways! What originally caught my eye was that you all were giving away stocking stuffers. I am going on 5 years of wedded loveliness and am just this year purchasing stockings 🙂 I LOVE pancakes and waffles, but typically use oats as my flour. I found your Almond flour pumpkin-y pancakes and would make those first if I were to win this giveaway. Thank you!!
Cookies… Muffins…
I would love to win this and would make sweet brown bread!
I have always wanted to try baking with coconut flour!
I would make chocolate chip cookies first! Thank you for this amazing giveaway!

I will bake gingerbread first!!!
This is my first time on your site. Admit that the stocking giveaway drew me in! I have cousins who have learned a lot about GMOs and living gluten free. I am curious, willing to read, but have to say I’m prone to skepticism to all the claims, Esp giving up all bread when grain is such a staple in Scripture and throughout history. Also wonder how our family could afford baking/ eating with the specialty products that are advocated. Interested in being educated. (-:
Hi, Janette. Appreciate your honesty and I always applaud skepticism to believe a claim without researching it on your own. I wrote an article that touches on what you mentioned, as I don’t believe that everyone should be GF, you can read it here:
http://thenourishinghome.com/2014/01/should-everyone-go-gf/
But for those of us who do have valid reasons, it’s extremely important and does make an impact on our health. 🙂 Please read my brief article, because it will give you a starting point to think on. Blessings to you! 🙂 Kelly
I’d look through the book with my little GF girl and let her choose!
Hi, Lindsey! I just want to clarify that my new cookbook (which comes out in January) is not included in the giveaway. Just the stocking stuffer items shown and itemized in the post. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas! 🙂
Pumpkin bread!
I would give it to a relative who must be gluten-free!
I would definitely try your muffins and bread! After being grain-free for two years due to an allergy, ANYTHING that resembles grain would be amazing! Going grain-free on a strict budget does not leave much for treats like baking.
Oh this giveaway is so much fun! I hopped over from Heavenly Homemakers. I would love to win, especially the baking tools for my hope chest, but everything else I would use or gift!! 🙂 I would probably make muffins first, but I would have to use my mom’s muffin tins because my brothers can eat 2 dozen muffins in one sitting, no problem.
