Once you’ve save the meal plans to your computer, you can then open them and when you click the links to various recipes, new windows will open. If you do not save the meal plan to your computer, when you click on the recipe links you’ll be redirected to the recipe and have to keep clicking the back button on your browser to return to the meal plan.
