This is such an easy recipe, and the chicken came out so good. My husband also grilled some fresh pineapple rings brushed with a mixture of honey and lime juice and I made a version of your black bean recipe. My family loved it all. Thank you!
Thanks for your kind words, Wendy! So glad you all enjoyed this. Your husband’s grilled pineapple rings sound absolutely wonderful! Lots of blessings to you, Kelly 🙂
Would it be possible to broil this or cook it an alternate way? Grilling just isn’t possible for us right now 🙁 and this sounds amazing.
Hi, Felicia. Yes, broiling would be a great option. It won’t have the classic grilled flavor, but should still be quite delicious! Blessings, Kelly 🙂
Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I made this recipe last week and we all scarfed it up!! It was so very good. Will be making this all the time. Thank you

Kelly, thanks for all of the info you share in your blog. We love this recipe. We always have leftover salsa and my wife eats it by the spoonful. I like to subtract 1/2 cup of pineapple, and add 1/2 cup of mango. Cheers.
Hi, Matthew. Thanks for taking the time to leave a kind note. I’m happy to hear that you are enjoying the recipes here. Love your idea of using mango and pineapple together. Yum! Thanks for sharing! Blessings, Kelly
